Good but Request ID issue. I think the product is good and provides a very communicative system between a client and support desk. I have a few issues with the Request ID (I want to start it from a higher number to follow the existing request ID system we currently have).
Other than that, so far it seems ok.
Manageservice engine plus Is good to trial and helpful for me that working as purchasing so I am more consistent with my work

 Very Good Migration tool for Archives Had some problem with our migration tool that couldn't migrate some archives due to ACL problems in Lotus Domino environment. This tool did the job where our migration tool left off.
 errors, why is such a long title necarry ? I get a runtime error. Abnormal program termination.I can't recommend if it doesn't work.
